Meet Our Physicians

Stephanie Works, DO

Dr. Stephanie Works completed two Bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s in Health Policy and Administration at Oregon State University before continuing on to Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine for her medical education. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Peace Health Southwest Washington Medical Center.

As a freshman in college, Dr. Works was critically injured in an automobile accident, leaving her with extensive damage to her brain, cognitive function, vision and physical wellbeing. With the help of an exceptional osteopathic physician, she was not only able to recover, but began learning Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

She has maintained this focus for the last twenty years which has refined the skillset she has today.

After residency, Dr. Works became a Regional Medical Director for Providence Health System, overseeing physicians and the care they provide in the Portland Metro area and Clark County Washington. In 2015 she and her husband opened Restoration Osteopathic Medicine after feeling she’d moved too far from patient care and her true calling.

In her personal life, Dr. Works enjoys time with her family which includes her young son and her two Boerboels. (South African Mastiffs)

During Dr. Stumpf’s neuromuscular medicine fellowship, he used Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) to treat a broad range of patients, from newborns to centenarians, in settings that included inpatient hospitals, OBGYN wards, a family medicine clinic and the Midwestern Multispecialty Clinic.

In September 2018, Dr. Stumpf escaped the Arizona heat to join the team at Restoration Osteopathic Medicine. His ever-changing hobbies include writing, improv comedy, Tai Chi, reading, board games, and hiking in the beautiful northwest.
